I did a pc reset and kept files. i did cloud windows download. Now when i try to play a video game my pc black screens and the power shuts off. aaany

I did a pc reset and kept files. i did cloud windows download. Now when i try to play a video game my pc black screens and the power shuts off. aaany way to help fix this?Processor AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 4024, 9/7/2018 BaseBoard Product PRIME X470-PRO Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB no error messages or anything pop up it just shuts off my PCive tried reinstalling my nvidea software(unsure what i need), and also my amd chip software.
