I deleted my Windows file and I don't have a backup if I reinstall the windows 10 will defile comeback up

I wanted to reinstall window 10 but I'm having lack of space issue so I was wondering if I delete some window file or if I delete my window file and reinstall the Windows 10 will those file come back up because I do not have a backup and I try using a USB is still not working I don't know what to do anymore
