i deleted my my BitLocker key from microsoft website, how do i retrieve it ?

hi, yesterday, i was searching a way to retrieve my forgotten password of my win 11.I activated the BitLocker option on the microsoft website, i didn't know how to deactivate it, so i just clicked on delete under my bitLocker key, thinking it will also be deleted on my pc. My computer had a failed update and it is rebooting on it's own and to fix it, i need to restaure my computer but i need the bitlocker key to do so. please help me to retrieve my bitlocker key from microsoft server if they steel got it. thanks a lot.
