I deleted a local disk which is now unallocated space and I'm not able to use it or extend it. Please help.

Guys, I actually deleted my F local disk, which was around 300gb and now I'm not able to extend it to other drives or create it's own local drive. When I try to extend it shows the error 'there is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation. Now the 300gb is set as unallocated and I'm not able to do anything with it. I've a 1tb HDD, which 600gb is fine but the other 300gb is unallocated and I'm not able to use it. Please help. Just in case if you need, the system is stored in the SSD.
