I deleted a file that OneDrive said would not sync and now I am unable to log into my laptop.

I deleted a file that OneDrive said would not sync and gave me an option to delete it. I did. MISTAKE! Now I am unable to log into my laptop. Obviously the deleted file contained my biometrics and PIN. When I try to log onto my laptop I get a message saying that my credentials cannot be verified. It does not recognize my fingerprint nor my PIN. When I try to enter using my PIN, I get the message: "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available."
