I created a system image on an USB drive. I replaced my harddrive with a SSD drive. How do I restore from the system image on the USB drive?

The system image was created using "Control Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore (Windows 7)" in Windows 10 Home.I created a system image on an USB drive. I replaced my harddrive with a SSD drive. How do I restore from the system image on the USB drive?
