I couldn't find bluetooth in my laptop T_T

Hello! I was trying to send some files through bluetooth when I realized I didn't even have it. I had the same problem with my old laptop before I bought another one with the same series (ThinkPad). Does it have anything to do with the drivers? I planned to install bluetooth by myself but I wasn't sure if it would be safe or not. Could anyone help me solve my problem? Thank you so much!!
