I changed my Windows 10 OS from my HDD to my new SSD and I am unable to activate my digital license

The problem I find is that when I go to the "reactivate windows" window to choose a device for which to activate, I cannot find my device with the correct name.I have completely deleted my older windows 10 files from the HDD and I did a fresh install in the SSD. I logged in my microsoft account and I tried my hardest to activate the digital license but I simply cannot.
