I changed my password for my pc by phone went to go log in with the new password and it said incorrect password so I tried reset my password on my pc

I’ve tried restarting pc and see if that works and nothing happens but when I went to go look at the log on activity it showed a device that I not sure of so I changed it again just in case put the new password into pc and that still didn’t let me log into my acc
