I changed my motherboard and Now i am not able to activate my windows. it is giving me this error 0xC004F211

My system got shut down and it turned out to be my motherboard and i changed it. Now i am not able to activate my windows. it is giving me this error 0xC004F211, Tried reaching support using get help, but the tickets are getting closed without no one calling me. Not able to activate it. It is a digital license and i purchased in Microsoft store.
