i changed main monitor resolution, made it to where only one monitor works

so i was messing with my resolution and i put it to 3440x1440 (1920x1080 is my native). i applied it and my screens went black and i couldn’t turn my PC off at all. i then discovered it only works with one monitor and when i plug both it i cant do anything on pc and screens go black. any fixes?
