I cant use my work account or onmicrososft account to login to user profile

HelloPlease i need your help on this issue.I am trying to switch user profile account on my windows computer PC.When i try to create a new user profile by clicking add someone else to this PC.I tried to user my .onmicrosoft.com account it say this isn't a Microsoft account.I even tried a work account the same thing.
