On the 1909 version, I could use the Wacom tablet just fine. I had been using it for a long time without any sorts of problem. When I update the windows to either 2004 or 20h2 version, however, whenever I try to use the tablet (on Word, on a picture, or any digital board) I get black screen to such an extent that the only way for things to get back to normal is by shutting down the computer and turning it on again. When I reverse to the previous version (1909) the problem disappears. I am a teacher and graphic designer so the use of this drawing tablet is vital. The drivers are all up-to-date, I'm running the latest version of the wacom driver as well. Is there any way I can fix this problem without having to go back to the 1909 version?
