I can't use basic system tools or open most of my files

I had an update for windows 11 when my D: drive has just refused to open and locked me from all of my important filesIt told me to format the disk but no matter what i clicked it just waited for few minutes and then told me it that i dont have a correct files I tried to open settings and check if any system files were missing or corrupted it didn't work (just froze and I had to close)Then I decided to open cmd but I couldn't open it as administrator after a whole day I gave up and tried to factory reset I opened the settings and clicked reset it just froze and I had to close the appthe most i
