I can't upgrade my windows 8.1 to windows 10, please help me

I've tried to upgrade my windows 8.1 to windows 10 but it says that modern setup host has stopped working. After that I have tried to update my own update and it gave me an error with the code 800f0922. After that I have tried to sfc/scannow in the command line as an admin and it gave me this response : •Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.Please help me
