I can't update my windows eventhough it says you are missing important updates.

My Computer is stuck at windows 11 21h2 and there is a red dot near the please update message but when I scan for updates it says "you are up to date but your device is missing important security updates" but it doesn't let me update. I already tried the windows installer but that also gave me an error. How can I update?
