I can't update my Windows 11 21H2 to 23H2

I've tried to update my Windows 11 21H2 repeatedly, but it keeps failing via Windows update. I've tried all of the solutions from cleaning up the Software Distribution directory, running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, etc. And yesterday I've tried running the installer via the ISO. And I get the notification like this:"0x80070002 - 0x20007The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_DRIVERS operation"And then I tried searching about it and come to the conclusion that there are some drivers blocking the installation progress.
