i cant update my window . sfc scan doesnt happen and when i try to reset my pc this action undone by itself . i try several known method but no one

1. Window update install error .2. properties not open .3. NET FRAMEWORK FILE MISSING ERROR.4. PC RESET ACTION UNDONE .5. SFC SCAN windows resource protection could not start the repair service.
