I can't type a capital F using shift + F, I have to click capslock then F, then capslock again. It's very annoying and I don't know how to fix it.

I've searched all over google and couldn't find anything that helped. I used an app to look through all my keyboard shortcuts, yet nothing shows up for shift + F. I really just don't know what to do.
