I cant turn on my memory integrity due to incompatible drivers lvrs64.sys and lvuvc64.sys, how can i fix this?

i noticed that my core isolation gave a notif about my memory integrity not turning on, and when i tried to turn it on myself it gave me errors about the two incompatible drivers.
