i can't turn on 60 fps on my computer

Hello,A while ago, I changed the screen of my computer. However, every time I activate 60 FPS, the screen flickers, and green dots appear all over it.Later, I tried to fix the issue by reinstalling my graphics card drivers. However, since then, whenever I try to enable 60 FPS, the screen turns off, and the settings automatically reset to 30 FPS.What can I do to resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your help.
