I can't turn off real time protection.

I have real-time protection enabled on my device and I can't turn it off. I can't even turn it off. I have tried multiple solutions like editing registry, power shell commands, and editing policy group but nothing worked. There is no third-party antivirus installed as well. I am using Windows 11 Pro, Version 21H2.Please help me with this.
