I can't transfer my files from local disk c to d, why?

Hey there. I got a problem in transferring my files back to the disk d. While in the process of relocating my files to OneDrive, OneDrive ran out of storage and decided to transfer them back but as I'm trying to transfer them back they tell me that local disk c is full yet I'm transferring to d and it's empty.
