i cant think of a logical reason why the invisible scrool bar was even set that way to begin.why want they fix this.will they ?

im not one to complaint but beside the other things that were omitted in windows 10 they also omit having a visible scroll bar .when you try to find it it jumps up and down pass where you want it. it defy's logic. why should you have to go on a search for something that naturally should be there.i cant wait to see how windows 11 or 12 will be by the makers.progress suppose to make things better not worser.
