I can't switch out of S mode.

Split from this thread. I can't switch out of S mode.. I've been trying for WEEKS. Multiple times a day. Created another account and tried under there after updating, reinstalling. All I want to do is download the freaking Cricut app to use this machine I got as a gift. I'm so frustrated I'm about to send it back because I can't use it without their app which isn't in Microsoft store and I can't for the life of me get my computer out of S mode. So frustrating
