I can't switch out of S mode

[Windows 11]

I mean this is seriously ridiculous and insane. I have tried pretty much everything and still can't switch out of s mode because i need permission from IT or an administrator. This is my laptop! And I am an admin account, and it still pops the same annoying prompt up. Waste of money don't buy Microsoft products.
