I can't start my PC I have a blue screen when starting.

I suddenly can't boot my PC it shows a blue screen with a message saying stop code : Bad_system_config_info I tried to use the recovery environment but didn't work ( but all tests were passed using diagnostic ) so I tried using command prompt and used diskpart I saw that the data was named C and windows was named D so I tried switching the letters but didn't work also the recovery page sometimes showing the error 0×000001 and sometimes 0×0000225 what to do exactly the PC was working fine I made a restart and suddenly it happened am I making something wrong I have two hard disks one SSD the C:
