I can't start FC25 because it says: The code execution cannot proceed becuase MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this proble

I tried reinstalling the program and it didnt help. Then I tried running system 32 and typing: sfc / scannow, it didnt work too. And lastly I tried downloading Microsoft Visual C++ and it said I already have it installed (I have windows 11)
