I can't solve my blue screen issue help

I'm trying to figure it out what's wrong already tested my ram is not bad. Now I think my SSD might be bad is new but I think it came out defective. The issue in having in the logs is raid port 1 and nothing else I get no codes in the mini dump. Anyone has any idea how to fix this ? Do I need a new SSD or GPU like my computer gets stuck after a couple hours playing then goes blue screen no codes and I check the event files and is solidgm with the raid port error again. Any help please
