I can’t sign into my microsoft account on certain things.

I've been frustrated for days. I cannot sign into my microsoft account in settings, every time I click sign in on microsoft store it does absolutely nothing, and I can't even sign into xbox.First when I look into settings, it says sign in, but each and every time I try to sign in it states “Oops, something went wrong. Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again,” but each time I try it keeps giving me that same message.
