I can't sign-in in my Sticky Notes app

I haven't been able to log into my Sticky Notes app since November 28, 2024. I use the Sticky Notes app for school and work on a daily basis, so I noticed that it stopped syncing new data to the cloud in that date. When I tried to sync and log back in I get the message "We can't verify your login. This account is not connected to a mailbox." My linked account has no issues, it's actually the account from which I'm writing this, except for this one issue that happens with the notes app. I can see my email, calendar, and other services without any problem.
