I can't sign back in on my laptop!

My laptop restarted this morning and my finger print isn't there and when I put in my pin it said "your pin isn't available" with a code and it tells me to set it up and I tried but I forgot to switch my Microsoft email for my normal one and I don't have access to the Microsoft email because I forgot the password. And I can't recover it because I don't have enough information on the account. I don't write emails with that account. And I have no idea what to do please help.
