I can't run the Setup of "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5" when i open it.

So, Recently i downloaded and installed a application but after opening the application the header say : ".NET Framework Required" and the Description says: "You do not currently have Microsoft .NET Framework v1,1 installed. In order to use SAMI, you must install that first. Would you like to download it right now?" when i clicked "Yes", it took me to "Microsoft Download Center: Windows, Office, Xbox & More". I closed that window and searched "Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1" and i saw this website after searching: "Run .NET Framework 1.1 apps on Windows 8, 8.1, 10, or Windows 11 - .NET Framework"&nbs
