I cant rest my 11 windows pin with tape email acoount

I can not be able to rest my windows pin screen,As my Microsoft account email is missing a letter when trying to reset password, I tried to rest with different email account.i tried with different divice to rest my miccrofft acount,but still didn't work.I even rest my laptop using safe mode.Need help please
