I can't reset my PC. I think there's something wrong with it. I feel like I've tried everything?

Hi all,I'll try to keep this brief and really hope that someone can help me soon because I've been trying to fix it myself for the past 2 days now and it's starting to play on my mind.Recently my PC has been stuttering/freezing or "underperforming" let's say and I've downloaded a lot of things onto the PC, 99% are from sources what I would say are definitely trusted (steam, xbox, discord, browsers, appstore items), then the 1% could maybe be just downloads that I thought might help with stuff like CapCut, Elgato and so on. I don't think I downloaded anything inconspicuous onto the PC, at least
