I can't reset my password because I don't meet the password policy requirements. I've just my best to meet the requirements.

I knew my password but all of a sudden they said my password is incorrect out of nowhere. So I tried to reset my password and it worked. The next day the same thing happened but this time I couldn't reset my password. They said I'm not following password policy requirements. I'm been admitting to reset my password for 2 full days now. Please help me guys. I need my password to be reset. What should be the next step?
