I can't repair or uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2019

As I said I can't uninstal those files and they appear to be broken (apps dependend on them like melon loader fail to work due to errors with needed apps). First it gives me (just after clicking uninstall) "No action was taken as a system reboot is required" and next "installation failed One or more problems caused failed installation. Fix errors, next restart installation. 0x8007015e - no actions taken, due to system needing the restart. You need the restart your computer (I already did it twice also tried shuting off and turning on computer manually - didn't help either) to properly remove
