I cant remove myself on my family account, nor is there an option to manage consent either.

I am trying to remove my profile or switch my profile that it isn't an organiser. However, the app or the on my laptop the option to manage my consent or even to remove my email doesnt actually work. The option does even appear. Whether I log in as myself or even via my wifes account to manage my profile. Please help.
