I can't remove a language from the keyboard layout

Hi, I bought a laptop from Germany so naturally it booted and everything in German but I don't speak German so I changed display language, typing and everything to English and as an extra in Greek (since I am Greek) But the language keeps reverting to German and I cant remove the German language from my typing languages. (I type in English and Greek constantly switching between the both but German is forcibly getting between the two therefore sometimes ruining my typing.) As you can see on the below screenshots, there's no way to select and delete the German language from my keyboard layout as
