I cant recover an old microsoft account

Im trying to login to an old microsoft account so i can get back some games and files on my old microsoft account on my pc, but when i try to do a recovery, i dont have enough info because i dont remember anything from back then, when i try "forgot password" i dont have access to my old phone number and cant recieve any more text messages because my phone service is turned off, could someone please help me, the only option for "forgot password" is my old phone number and i cant recieve texts, again can someone please help me?
