I can't make my c drive bigger because the D drive is on another disk it says even tho i have 1 2tb ssd

I can't make my c drive bigger. I want to install a windows update but i can't because the disk space is too small andd i cant make it bigger because it says its on another drive. Can someone help me i have no idea what im doing.
