I can't Login to my PC

I have been trying to log into my account today after a restart and all I see when I try typing my password is "something happened and your pin isn't available" the option to set up my pin is greyed out. I tried using the Troubleshoot Options but every takes me straight to Select my Microsoft account and type in my Password but another problem I encounter here is password incorrect even though I type in the correct password. I don't know what to do now. Please any suggestions?Thanks.
