I can't login to my pc because of PIN failure

How do I remove my pin?? I can't login to my pc because "something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to set up your pin again" I've tried every method like there's no forgot password under it, there's no advnace option in troubleshooting, there's also no reset my pc on troubleshooting.
