I cant log into my pc and im stuck in menu screen. What can i do?

Hi, I have a problem with a stuck loading screen, after I turned on the computer I entered the password and all I see is the welcome screen, I let it load but it's been running for 30 minutes without any change, the only thing I can do is turn it off and on and choose between accounts, unfortunately I can't log in to any of them, what should I do please?
