I cant link my PC from personal onedrive account

[Windows 10]

I have personal and work one drive accounts.My personal has been stuck syncing files for days with no progressI have tried to unlink PC from personal account but it doesnt progress from the signing out screen. Seems I cant sign out.Its doing the same thing for the personal account on my laptop and work PCPlease help
