I can't leave / remove family safety, even though im the only person in it.

So, I am the only person in my Microsoft family, and I am the head of it. I still don't have any options though. I try to buy a game and it says I have spending restrictions. This is my personal account and do not even have the option to leave the family or change the options. Apparently, there are supposed to be three dots near a member, but I don't even have that. Is this a Windows 11 issue?
