I can't leave my Microsoft family.

I am currently in a Microsoft family with just my mom, I'm trying to leave but it won't let me because it wants my mom to remove me. The account of my mom in the family is gone and we can't find or recover it no matter what. Is there a way where I can remove myself even though I'm a child?
