I can't install Windows 11 23 h2 using Narrator

Dear all, I am a blind computer user. In the past, I was able to install Windows without needing outside help because of the Narrator voice integrated into the installation interface. All I had to do was burn Windows to a USB drive, enter the installation window, and press the keyboard shortcut Windows+Enter or Ctrl+Windows+Enter. After that, Narrator worked without a problem.However, starting with version 23H2 of Windows 11, I am unable to turn on Narrator in the installation interface. I have tried all possible options, but Narrator does not work. Can you please help me?
