I can't install Windows 10

I'll just get straight to the point. I can't install Windows 10. I have a laptop that's about 10 years old and is running Windows 8.1, and I can't upgrade to Windows 10. It shuts down suddenly and when I turn it on it restores Windows 8.1 and gives me "the installation failed in the first_boot phase with an error during sysprep_specialize operation" with error code of "0xC1900101 - 0x30018". The laptop's hardware is an Intel Core I7 4510U (4th generation), 4 GB of RAM, 512 GB HDD, 64x system and processor, HP laptop, Intel(R) HD graphics and NVIDA GeForce 820M.
