I cant install net Framework 3.5 on my new windows11 computer

I bought a new Windows 11 PC and it does not install .Net Framework 3.5. Attempted:everything from this thread to no effect:Redirecting. Turn Windows Features on or off Error: 0x80070002 (cannot find files)2. download the Framework 3.5 offline installer: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-fr...I am able to download and run installer, but with the same end result: Error: 0x80070002 (cannot find files)3. Press Windows key + I and access Windows Update;
